Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your original purchase date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your initial delivery.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
